Stories are so simple! Why do we love them so much? |
| Stories take us out of ourselves and into ourselves.
They let us experience more vividly and understand more fully the length of human history, the breadth of
human feelings, and the depth of human spirituality. Stories help us visualize our dreams, seek
enlightenment or adventure, and confront our fears. Through stories, we comprehend the natural world and
honor the complex webs of culture and community. |
| Story is the magic of our mother tongue
teaching us how to be human. |
