Interments in the Frankfurt Cemetery
Kinderfeld (Kinderfield)
To get to the Kinderfeld from the Frankfurt airport take A5 north towards Kassel.
Follow this till you reach A66.
Take the exit onto A66 going into Frankfurt.
Follow the signs for the radio tower that is on your right as you come up A66.
You will then see a sign for the Bundesbank.
Follow this till you are on Wilhelm Epstein which turns into Marbach Weg.
From there continue straight till you get to Eckenheimer Strasse.
The Friedhof (cemetery) is now on your left.
The easy way to find the Kinderfeld is to enter the main entrance gate and turn left walk down this road till you see the Hindenburg monument (it has a zeppelin carved on it about 20 feet tall), then turn right.
The Kinderfeld is about 30 to 40 yards down on your left.
Another way is to enter by the workers' gate (weekdays only) and walk down the road about 100 to 150 yards.
Turn right and the Kinderfeld will be on your right.
The workers can direct you as well (especially the guard in the workers' gate, since we use that gate to drive in with tools to clean the graves).
