The Exordium

1. In the name of God (Allah), the compassionate, the merciful.

2. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.

3. The compassionate, the merciful.

4. Master of Judgment Day.

S. You alone we worship, and to You alone we pray for help.

6. Guide us to the straight path.

7. The path of those whom You have favored.

8. Not of those who have incurred Your wrath, nor of those who have gone astray.



suuratu-l-faatiHah

1. bismi-l-laahi-r-raHmaani-r-raHiim.

2. al-Hamdu-lillahi rabbi-l-caalamiin.

3. ar-raHmaani-r-raHiim.

4. maaliki yawmi-d-diin.

5. 'iyyaaka nacbudu wa 'iyyaaka nastaciinu.

6. 'ihdinaa-S-SiraaTa-l-mustaqiima.

7. SiraaTa-lladhiina 'ancamta calayhim.

8. ghayri-1-maghDuubi calayhim walaa-D-Daalliin.
