At Hiwassee Court RV Park, we offer shady sites in a natural setting, with very easy access to major highways and interstates. Each site is equipped with city water and 30 or 50 amp electrical services. There are some pull-through sites available and we have a dumping station. There are plans to add a bath house in the near future. We offer a peaceful surrounding, yet with easy access to just about anything you could need or want! There is a bank, convenience store with fuel and LP, and post office within 2 blocks of the park. Also, it is only a few minutes drive to stores and some of the finest restaurants in the area! Our park is located very near to the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers, where there are lots of fun things to do. We are also near to the Cherokee National Forest, and centrally located between Knoxville and Chattanooga Tennessee. In Etowah Tennessee, only a few minutes drive to the north, you can find tons of antiques, and the L&N depot. The entire area is steeped in rich history and heritage! The park offers plenty of room for walking and play! There is always shade nearby in the park! And what better way to meet new friends! The Hiwassee Court RV Park is host to the Hwy 411 Yard Sale, which stretches from Newport, TN to Leeds, AL. The Annual Hwy411 Yard Sale will end the 1st Saturday in October, having started the previous Wednesday in September. Camping will be allowed, but warning, TRAFFIC WILL BE HEAVY!
