over 20 years of professional consulting experience on a wide range of geotechnical and environmental projects. Mr. Walker provides expertise on RCRA-regulated waste management facilities, including contamination assessments, groundwater monitoring programs, post-closure permitting, and negotiations with state and federal RCRA regulatory agencies. He helps clients develop cost-effective approaches to RCRA monitoring and reporting along with practical and environmentally responsible solutions to RCRA compliance and permitting issues.
